Many Mark II’s after the war were removed from service and scrapped,
though a squadron’s worth were tracked down and refitted in time for Galactica‘s decommissioning ceremony. Due to the lack of CNP and networking, the Mark IIs were immune to Cylon hacking, and these museum exhibits were made operational once more.
It is capable of firing the same type of ammunition as the Mark VII,
which entered service over 30 years later, and both can be launched in
the same launch tubes, indicating a purposely standardised design.

Being 1/10 scale makes it perfect to scale with any Diamond Select Viper Pilot action figure.
There is a pilot available should you not have one of these pilots.
Consisting of cast parts as well as resin and FDM printed parts, it will be an easy
build with the main sections slotting into one another and held in
place with nuts and bolts. You will be required to do sanding of the FDM printed parts.
The kit that can be displayed on its provided stand (Excludes Base) or its removable landing gear.
Once complete, the kit can be split into 5 main sections for transport or glued together if preferred.

These prices exclude a printed pilot unless you use a Diamond Select Pilot that will need modifications.
The printed pilot is designed for this kit and fits perfectly, The pilot has an Apollo as well as a Starbuck head and costs $38.
The kit excludes Decals and lighting.

Viper MK2 with BrickStuff Lighting
Adding lighting will be easy since all the parts are made to accommodate wiring and led's.
There is a full lighting kit available made by BrickStuff USA that includes
Engines (Multi Colour), Landing gear wells, Wingtip, Pilot Visor and full cockpit including an animated Dradus LCD screen.
These are all controlled via an App on Android or Apple
